3. Relatively low cost: Compared with small-particle silica sol, the preparation process of large-particle silica sol is relatively simple, so the cost may be lower and suitable for large-scale production applications.
Disadvantages:
1. May affect printing accuracy: The large particle size of large-particle silica sol may lead to a decrease in the fineness of the printed pattern, especially in printing tasks that require highly fine patterns and details.
2. Poor permeability: Compared with small-particle silica sol, large-particle silica sol has weaker permeability and may not fully penetrate into the paper fiber, thereby affecting the adhesion and durability of the printed product.
