"Compared with traditional dimethicone, its lubrication is softer and less greasy; compared with cyclic silicones, it does not fall under the restricted D4/D5/D6 category, giving it strong regulatory adaptability."

The application boundary of IOTA 9942A covers all personal care scenarios requiring "dry feel + conditioning performance + carrier function": In skin care and sun care, it acts as a carrier oil to improve the spreadability of creams and lotions. In sunscreen products, it helps disperse organic UV filters, enhancing SPF while eliminating white cast and providing a dry touch. In color cosmetics, it is used in foundations, lipsticks, and eyeshadows to improve pigment dispersion, deliver a silky application, and provide long-lasting wear.
