  • Base Oil Treatment: IOTA 209G is colorless transparent viscous matter; before water-phase use it must be emulsified. Nonionic/weakly cationic systems can be used for microemulsion or working liquor; the OH/OCH3/CH3 combination in R' helps adjust emulsification adaptability.
  • Application: Exhaust dosage set by fabric weight and emulsion active content; pad dosage set by working-liquor concentration and pick-up; exact dosage, bath ratio, temperature, and pH are determined by fiber type, target dry-slip grade, and emulsified solids through trial.
