Product Features
This series consists of organically modified nano silica sol products, with organic carbon hydroxyl groups (C–OH) grafted onto the particle surface. They exhibit excellent compatibility with organic resins and can be uniformly dispersed in water-based systems without phase separation. They can significantly improve the surface hardness, wear resistance, and drying speed of coatings such as water-based wood coatings and water-based industrial coatings, while maintaining good application adaptability and enhancing overall film performance.
Packaging Specifications
Packed in polyethylene plastic drums, available in 25 kg, 250 kg, and 1000 kg specifications.
Storage Conditions
Avoid direct sunlight; storage temperature should be controlled between 5–40°C.
Storage temperature must not fall below 0°C; low temperatures can cause the colloid to freeze and result in permanent failure.
Containers must be sealed and kept closed for extended periods. Evaporation of water will cause silica particles to precipitate, directly affecting product performance.
