Product Features
This series consists of acidic nano silica sol products, primarily used in catalyst carriers, metal surface treatment, specialty coatings, and ceramic composite materials. Among them, K6405 and K6406 have extremely low metal content, making them suitable for high-end process scenarios highly sensitive to metallic impurities. The entire series exhibits excellent dispersion stability under acidic conditions, meeting diverse industrial application requirements.
Packaging Specifications
Packed in polyethylene plastic drums, available in 25 kg, 250 kg, and 1000 kg specifications.
Storage Conditions
Avoid direct sunlight; storage temperature should be controlled between 5–40°C.
Storage temperature must not fall below 0°C; low temperatures can cause the colloid to freeze and result in permanent failure.
Containers must be sealed and kept closed for extended periods. Evaporation of water will cause silica particles to precipitate, directly affecting product performance.
