Product Features
This series comprises low-sodium, high solid-content nano silica sol products. With Na₂O content controlled at ≤0.1% and solid content ranging from 30% to 40%, they combine high purity with high bonding strength. The products offer excellent dispersion stability and are suitable for applications demanding both high purity and high solid content, such as investment casting, refractory materials, specialty coatings, and composite materials. Particle size can be customized according to customer requirements.
Packaging Specifications
Packed in polyethylene plastic drums, available in 25 kg, 250 kg, and 1000 kg specifications.
Storage Conditions
Avoid direct sunlight; storage temperature should be controlled between 5–40°C.
Storage temperature must not fall below 0°C; low temperatures can cause the colloid to freeze and result in permanent failure.
Containers must be sealed and kept closed for extended periods. Evaporation of water will cause silica particles to precipitate, directly affecting product performance.
