★ Branched and bead like nano silica particles will cross overlap with each other during the drying and film-forming process, and their film-forming performance is significantly better than that of ordinary spherical silica sol.
★ Branched nano silica particles can form micro rough structures on the surface of substrates and can be used to prepare special coatings such as superhydrophilic and superhydrophobic coatings.
★ Functional coating applied to photovoltaic glass, which not only improves transmittance but also has self-cleaning function.
Packaging and storage:
1. It is packaged in polyethylene plastic drums, with packaging specifications of 25kg, 250kg, or 1000kg.
2. Avoid exposure to sunlight, store at a temperature of 5-40 ℃, and the storage temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃, otherwise it may cause gel failure.
3. Containers for storing silica sol should avoid prolonged exposure to prevent the precipitation of solid silica particles due to moisture evaporation, which may affect product quality.
