Product Features
This series comprises low-sodium nano silica sol products, classified into three grades based on sodium ion content. Among them, K6468B features an Na₂O content as low as ≤0.01%, meeting the demands of high-end processes extremely sensitive to sodium impurities, such as semiconductor device manufacturing, precision electronic packaging, and high-purity ceramic sintering. While maintaining excellent dispersion stability, the entire series effectively reduces the risk of alkali metal ion contamination in downstream products.

Packaging Specifications
Packed in polyethylene plastic drums, available in 25 kg, 250 kg, and 1000 kg specifications.
Storage Conditions
Avoid direct sunlight; storage temperature should be controlled between 5–40°C.
Storage temperature must not fall below 0°C; low temperatures can cause the colloid to freeze and result in permanent failure.
Containers must be sealed and kept closed for extended periods. Evaporation of water will cause silica particles to precipitate, directly affecting product performance.
