Product Features
This series is specifically developed for investment casting (lost-wax casting) processes. K6418 is suitable for backup layer coating, while K6420 is designed for face layer coating. The products offer excellent binding properties and dispersion stability, effectively enhancing shell strength and surface smoothness, thereby meeting the high requirements of precision castings for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Packaging Specifications
Packed in polyethylene plastic drums, available in 25 kg, 250 kg, and 1000 kg specifications.
Storage Conditions
Avoid direct sunlight; storage temperature should be controlled between 5–40°C.
Storage temperature must not fall below 0°C; low temperatures can cause the colloid to freeze and result in permanent failure.
Containers must be sealed and kept closed for extended periods. Evaporation of water will cause silica particles to precipitate, directly affecting product performance.
